Fits your helmet

Clamp and adhesive bases are both in the box, with slim ear speakers and a boom microphone for full-face, modular and open-face helmets.

Pairs beyond intercoms

Holds two Bluetooth devices at once — phone plus GPS or MP3 — and pairs with third-party intercoms as well as another H9.

👥

Built for two

H9 is a two-way intercom: one channel, two headsets, full-duplex so nobody waits for a turn. Riding as a bigger group? Step up to SHARK 08 or H10.

Full compatibility & pairing steps are covered in the included user manual.

Two voices, zero wind

Qualcomm 5.1 with 12th-generation CVC noise cancelling and intelligent DSP reads wind and engine roar and strips it out in real time, carrying 16K voice between two headsets — natural enough that you stop shouting.

Frequently asked questions

How many riders can talk on H9?
Two. H9 is a full-duplex pair intercom — one channel, two headsets, both talking at once with no push-to-talk. For group riding, SHARK 08 and H10 are the models to look at.
Do I need two units to use the intercom?
Yes — intercom needs a headset on each helmet, so pick the twin pack if you ride with a pillion or a regular riding partner. A single unit still works on its own for phone calls, music and FM.
How far apart can we ride?
Up to 1000m between the two headsets in open terrain. Buildings, hills and heavy traffic shorten that, as they do with any Bluetooth intercom.
What's the battery life?
Around 28 hours of talk or intercom, 33 hours of music and 500 hours standby on a 900mAh battery — charged in about 2 hours over USB-C.
Is it water resistant?
H9 is rated IP65 — sealed against dust and water jets, ready for all-weather riding.
Will it fit my helmet?
Yes — a clamp base and hook-and-loop pads are both included, fitting full-face, modular and open-face helmets.
What Bluetooth version is it, and will it pair with my older headset?
Qualcomm Bluetooth 5.1. Bluetooth is backward compatible, so older headsets and phones pair normally, and H9 holds two devices at once — your phone plus a GPS or MP3 player.
How long does it take to charge?
About two hours from low to full over USB Type-C — the same cable as a modern phone. A spoken battery level plays at power-on, with a low-battery warning while you ride.
Can we still hear each other at highway speed?
Voice communication is validated up to 120 km/h (about 75 mph). DSP processing with 12th-generation CVC noise cancelling and a 16K voice bandwidth strip wind and engine noise out of the signal.
Can I pair H9 with a different Hysnox model?
Yes, but only as a pair. Two units of the same model can group together; when you mix different models — or a different brand — the link is limited to two headsets.
