14-day returns
If you are not happy with your Hysnox intercom, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories included.
12-month warranty
Every Hysnox product is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If something goes wrong, contact us and we will repair or replace it.
How to start a return
Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will send you return instructions. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer’s responsibility; for defective items, we cover it.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
