Frequently asked questions

How many riders can join one group?
Up to 10 riders. Six link automatically with one click; riders seven to ten are added manually. Two riders reach about 1000m apart, and a full group spreads to around 2000m in open terrain. We recommend four to six riders — the more headsets on one channel, the more they compete with each other.
What does the OLED display show?
Battery, volume, pairing status and the active mode — visible operation at a glance, even with gloves on.
What's the battery life?
Around 28 hours of talk or intercom, 33 hours of music and 500 hours standby on a 900mAh battery — Type-C charged in about 2 hours.
Is it water resistant?
H10 is rated IP65 — sealed against dust and water jets, ready for all-weather riding.
Will it fit my helmet?
Yes — clamp and adhesive mounts are both included, fitting full-face, modular and open-face helmets.
What Bluetooth version is it, and will it pair with my older headset?
Qualcomm Bluetooth 5.1. It is backward compatible with older headsets and phones, and holds two devices at once — for example your phone and a GPS unit.
What happens if a rider drops out of range?
The group re-links automatically if that rider comes back within ten minutes. Past that, one short press of the power button rejoins the group by hand.
Can two riders share music?
Yes — music sharing works between two H10 units, so rider and pillion hear the same track. Sharing is a two-unit feature and is separate from the group intercom.
How long does it take to charge?
About two hours from low to full over USB Type-C, and you can keep riding while it charges. Rated operating temperature is 41F to 104F (5C to 40C).
